Order processing & delivery costs:
We aim to process all orders within 1 - 4 working days unless the product listing specifies otherwise; we will always dispatch items as soon as they are ready.
We do our upmost to offer our customers competitive delivery rates and so the cost of shipping is tiered accordingly
We are pleased to announce that all UK shipping now comes with tracking and all international shipments are sent either tracked, signed for or both location depending.

International custom fees and taxes
Our store does not charge duty or taxes on your orders; these will therefore need to be paid at your destination by you the customer. If the relevant governing body require you to do so; they will get in touch with you directly.
If you would prefer to pay taxes and duty up front then please head to our Etsy store where this will be added automatically. Please note not all items are available on Etsy and the initial prices will be higher due to sellers fees.
