How we work

Our small business was built on a hand made to order model and this is still very much at the heart of what we do. 

 

As a business, working on a made to order basis goes a long way to help minimise waste; it allows us to collaborate with other local businesses regularly and allows for creative flexibility. We make our items in small batches which means our range can constantly evolve offering customers exclusive, limited edition, artisanal finds of the upmost quality.

 

We operate on a 3-5 working day order processing time in the majority of cases - item descriptions will detail if the processing time is longer than this for specific items. Where items are already made, we will always endeavour to dispatch these ASAP, sometimes sooner than 3 working days where possible.

With made to order items which need longer than this prescribed time, these will be dispatched according to the items detailed processing time. If you order a mix of made to order and batch made items we will dispatch items together based on the longest of the processing times. If you would like batch made/ ready made items dispatched sooner please order these items separately in order to avoid delays. 

 

The majority of our items are made directly by us. We also work with other crafters and a small design room in London. Where the product warrants it, we import selected lines from the experts in their field. Our carbon footprint is significantly reduced by making the bulk of our lines within the UK
